Customs, duties and taxes

Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees charged by your country are not included in our prices and are paid by the buyer.

Your delivery details

Please check your name, address and phone number carefully. If a parcel is returned because the recipient details were wrong, the recipient could not be reached, there was a local customs problem, or the buyer refused to sign, the round-trip freight and storage fees will be deducted from your payment and a full refund will not be given.

Checking your parcel

Please record a complete unboxing video when you open your parcel. If anything is obviously broken or seriously defective, contact us within 48 hours with the video and clear photos — see our Return and Refund Policy.
