Please read these terms before ordering from miayiwu.com. By placing an order you accept all of them.

1. Who we are

miayiwu.com is operated by Mia Yiwu, based in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China. You can reach us via mia@miayiwu.com.

2. Trading conditions

  • Before ordering, please check the style, size, material, color, quantity and delivery address carefully, and confirm everything before you pay. Placing an order means you accept all of these terms.
  • Product photos are for reference only. Slight color differences caused by photography lighting or by the display of different devices are normal and are not a reason for return or exchange.
  • Custom items, color changes, logo printing and combined or bundled orders cannot be cancelled once production or shipping has started.
  • Stock changes in real time. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you straight away to arrange a different style, or a full refund.

3. How ordering works

  1. You place an order on the website, or send us an inquiry for larger quantities.
  2. We confirm availability and shipping cost by email or WhatsApp.
  3. We send you a secure payment link. Accepted payment methods are shown on the payment page.
  4. Once payment is received, we prepare and ship your order and send you tracking details.

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and do not include shipping, customs duties or import taxes.

4. Product terms

  • We do a basic visual check of the goods before dispatch. For large-quantity shipments it is not possible to inspect every single piece in detail, so minor craftsmanship marks and slight scratches are not considered quality problems.
  • If a piece arrives with obvious breakage or a serious quality defect, you must send us a complete unboxing video and clear photos within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. Claims made after this time cannot be accepted.
  • We do not accept quality claims that are based only on personal taste, unsuitable size, a difference from what you imagined, or ordering too many or the wrong items.

5. Returns and shipping

Please read our Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. They form part of these terms.

6. Disputes

If a problem comes up, we will always try to solve it through friendly discussion first. Please keep the complete unboxing video and real photos of the goods as evidence — claims without valid evidence cannot be handled.

7. Intellectual property

Photos, text and branding on this website belong to Mia Yiwu or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written consent.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
